About ScamVault

ScamVault is a community-driven scam investigation platform. Users submit evidence regarding suspected scams, fraud, rug pulls, fake businesses, phishing operations, influencer scams, and other online fraud.

We do not automatically label projects as scams. Evidence is collected, reviewed by moderators and investigators, and assigned a transparent risk score based on documented facts.

How investigations work

1. Anyone can submit a report with details and supporting evidence.
2. Moderators review the report and either link it to an existing investigation or open a new one.
3. Evidence is verified file-by-file. Verified items become publicly visible.
4. Risk score and status are updated as the investigation progresses.
5. Projects may submit an appeal at any time. Appeals are public.

Our goal

Become the largest evidence-based scam investigation database on the internet — helping users identify risks before losing money, and giving victims a central place to document and preserve evidence.
